The Economic Development Through Immigration (EDTI) project has been designed to match skilled newcomers residing in the big cities of Ontario with local industries facing labor shortages in the Quinte region. In addition, EDTI looks to connect newcomers interested in starting up a business in the Quinte Region with business opportunities or entrepreneurship organizations.
There are two central clients of this program: Jobseekers and Entrepreneurs Newcomers legally entitle to work in Canada. Secondarily, we work with local employers seeking for workers helping them out to reach newcomer’s niche. Our mandate is to provide our clients with information, referrals and resources that connect them to Industries and local employers who are currently offering job positions in the Quinte Region
