The Children’s Services Council (CSC) is a not-for-profit, registered charity that is funded by the Government of Ontario’s Ministry of Community and Social Services and Ministry of Children and Youth Services. We have been providing Service Coordination to the City of Kawartha Lakes (formerly Victoria County) since 1988, and to Haliburton County since 2007. Our agency is governed by a Board of Directors that meets regularly.
