Description
These tables contain two-year estimates for the following labour force survey (LFS) variables: unemployment rate, participation rate and employment rate. The data are available by province and 2016 census division boundary. The file package for this table contains the same data in both XLSX and IVT format.
Notes
Note that these are two-year averages, but are displayed as single years in the table. For example, the period 2022-2023 is represented as 2023 in the table.
The 2021 Census boundaries will likely be incorporated in the 2026 Labour Force Survey revisions.
