At the 2013 Annual Meeting, we took stock of how users were using CDP data, and established five objectives for data usage for the 2013-2014 program year. With only three weeks remaining in 2013-2014, we've begun to look back and assess how well we did.*
Performance indicator |
2012-2013 |
Objective for 2013-2014 |
2013-2014 |
Number of registered users | 654 | 800 | 842 |
Number of downloads | 1966 | 2500 | 2942 |
Average number of downloads per week | 38 | 48 | 60 |
Number of users who have downloaded data | 180 | 400 | 292 |
Median number of downloads per user | 4 | 5 | 4 |
Turns out, not too bad at all. The number of downloads, number of registered users, and number of downloads per week have already exceeded our targets.
But while the number of users who have downloaded data has increased from 180 to 292, this number is still shy of our 400-user target. Also, the median number of downloads per user has remained flat at 4 compared to our target of 5.
This all to say: if you're a registered user, but you haven't yet downloaded something, let us know—we're always happy to walk you through the process.
