August and September saw a flood of new data. Schedule B—the list of data we intend to acquire this program year—is now up to date. Here’s a summary of the newest additions.

Second batch of Census and NHS target group profiles

We recently catalogued the second batch of target group profiles. The six new target groups include:

  • Target group profile of the visible minority population [Census] [NHS]
  • Target group profile of female lone parents [Census] [NHS]
  • Target group profile of the population aged 65 years and over [Census] [NHS]
  • Target group profile of the low income population (LICO-BT) [Census] [NHS]
  • Target group profile of the low income population (LICO-AT) [Census] [NHS]
  • Target group profile of the low income population (MBM) [Census] [NHS]

Taxfiler (T1FF), 2012

Taxfiler (T1FF) data arrived in August and we finally got around to cataloguing the tables last week. Here’s what’s available:

TransUnion Credit Report Characteristics, 2014 Q1

Our 2014 Q1 instalment of the TransUnion consumer debt data is now available in the catalogue. As with the 2012 and 2013 versions, this table has been merged with the same-year Postal Code Conversion File (PCCF) in order to show latitude/longitude coordinates for each Postal Code.

Canadian Business Patterns data for June 2014

Canadian Business Patterns data is available for June, 2014. For those new to Canadian Business Patterns, it measures the number of business locations by detailed industry (NAICS 2-, 4-, and 6-digit), as well as employment ranges (0-4, 5-9, etc.) for any given Census Subdivision or Census Tract.
