To add a Community Data Resource:
  • Log into the site
  • Click Administer from menu on left
  • Click Create Content from menu on left 
  • Click Data Resource from menu on left or list of items in main page
  • Scroll back up to the top (not sure why it scrolls half-way down the page on my computer)
  • Fill in the various fields starting with Database/Data product
  • Ending with Links: scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save. No need to adjust Access or any other option.
  • This new data resource will now be available in the list and searchable.
  • Repeat for each new resource.
  • (I still have to create the french version of this and at that time we'll need to add the resource a second time in french.)
