The Greater Terrace Welcoming Network LIP covers the Greater Terrace Area, which is geographically situated in the beautiful northwest coast of British Columbia. It includes the City of Terrace, Electoral Area C of the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine (RDKS), Electoral Area E of the RDKS (known as Thornhill) and the First Nations communities of Kitselas and Kitsumakalum. It is the only LIP in the north of BC and provides a unique perspective of a smaller northern regional community. The GTWN LIP works closely with its host organization, Skeena Diversity Society, which is the only settlement service agency for the city.
