Family and Children’s Services of Guelph and Wellington County (F&CS) is sometimes referred to as the local Children’s Aid. We are a charitable, non-profit agency that is legislated and primarily funded by the provincial Ministry of Children and Youth Services.

We provide help and support services for families to ensure that children are protected from physical and emotional abuse or neglect. Our caring team offers client-focused programs and works with parents, youth and children toward one primary goal: ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
