As new data become available in the catalogue, it is important for users to understand what they can and cannot do with it.  Unfortunately, it can be difficult to understand the Legalese associated with data sharing and end use—Legalese to which you've already agreed by registering as users. 

In an effort to make this information clear and easy to understand, we're drafting new, easy-to-understand-even-for-a-five-year-old legal documents to replace our current Schedules C (data end-use agreement) and D (data sharing agreement).  For those who wish to see the draft data sharing and end use agreement, you can download it here.  Your feedback on this revised document is welcome.  It will formally be adopted in the spring.
